Shortlist it for a team that wants a dedicated messaging line and a shared place to work replies.

The useful part is after the reply

Miss Blue combines a dedicated line, API and shared Message Center. For a sales manager, the shared inbox is the part to demonstrate first. Ask two reps to work the same example conversation, then inspect how they know who owns the next step. Unlimited team access is attractive, but it does not answer every question about assignments or permissions.

Build the capacity model before the campaign

The published sale is $99 per line per month. The homepage suggests roughly 30 new contacts per line each day and a sending cap of 15 messages a minute. Those are different measures. A long conversation with an existing prospect should not be modeled as a fresh lead every time a message is sent. Integration-specific guidance can differ; agree the applicable limit with the provider.

Ask for the complete monthly number

Calling is separately priced. If your reps work primarily by phone, compare the total calling and messaging package against a business phone system. Include the cost of additional lines and the ownership of a departing rep’s number. Our publisher sells Miss Blue, so this recommendation carries a commercial interest.
