IS THE WORK.

Quo: when the sales desk needs calls and SMS.

Include it when shared call history and team numbers are central requirements.

A different category, often the right comparison

Quo’s reviewed plans advertise business calling and texting rather than native iMessage. That makes it a useful operational comparison, especially when most of a rep’s day is on the phone. Shared numbers and conversation history may solve the actual management problem even if the message channel differs.

Count people, not just lines

Starter is $19 per user per month on monthly billing, or $15 per user per month billed annually. Business is $33 monthly or $23 on annual billing. Put the same number of reps into each vendor’s estimate: a per-seat product and a per-line product can change places as the team grows. Carrier registration and automated SMS charges also need a budget.

Test the common workday

Ask for the workflow your reps repeat: a missed call, a text reply, a colleague taking over, and an update in the CRM. Check the required plan for every feature you use. Do not count Quo as an iMessage vendor in a channel comparison; count it as a competing way to run a sales conversation.
