Sendara review: put the CRM workflow on the scorecard

A managed line with published pricing and CRM connections, evaluated for a working sales team.

Shortlist Sendara for the connected workflow it can demonstrate. Keep its marketing results separate from your forecast.

The commercial starting point

The first Sendara line is advertised at $249 monthly, with additional lines at $149 and a $99 setup charge. A custom area code and FaceTime option cost extra. Build a quote for the number of representatives and lines you need; a line is not automatically the same unit as a seat.

The demo should reach the second rep

Sendara markets connections to sales CRMs, a public API, webhooks and iMessage with RCS/SMS fallback. Ask a representative to start a test conversation, then have a colleague pick it up after reassignment. Inspect the original CRM record for the reply, owner and next task.

The provider’s sales illustrations do not predict your reply rate. Differences in audience, offer, timing and staff coverage can affect a pilot. Retain the actual messages and outcomes behind your own assessment.

The purchase question

Get the new-contact allowance and any warm-up requirements in writing, together with the fallback policy and support scope. If your team’s workflow needs an integration change, establish who will maintain it.

Sendara may suit an organization that wants a managed messaging line alongside its existing sales system. A useful decision requires a complete quote and evidence that a reply becomes assigned work, not merely another event in a log.
