senderZ review: first contact and ongoing conversation have different rules

The public pricing separates SMS introductions from iMessage conversations customers initiate.

Read the first-contact definition before treating senderZ as an outbound iMessage plan.

What the pricing actually counts

Starter displays $39 per month when billed annually, or $468 for the year, with a shared number and 250 first contacts per month over SMS, capped at ten per day. Growth shows $199 monthly on annual billing, a dedicated number and 1,250 first contacts monthly, capped at 50 daily. Confirm the price for month-to-month payment.

How a rep should interpret the channel

The site explains iMessage conversations that customers start separately from reaching someone who has never texted the business. The first-contact allowance is described as SMS. That distinction matters when a sales manager is buying specifically for the opening message.

Ask to see the initial message and subsequent reply on a consenting recipient’s device. Record the sender and channel at both stages, then inspect how the exchange appears in the sales system.

Our sales-team view

This can be a relevant candidate for a team that invites customers into conversations using links or QR codes and values a published first-contact allowance. It needs a closer fit check for a team expecting every introduction to arrive over iMessage.

Do not translate unlimited follow-up wording into unlimited prospecting. Price your expected new conversations, establish how daily and monthly limits interact, and make sure reps know what happens when either allowance is reached.
